CC2 Build Plate/Experience

I love my CC2\~ it's my first printer and it's AMAZING when it works. However I hit various snags about a month ago. The original hotend completed oozed out, the hotend I got with the bundled accessories pack was for the cc1 and didn't realize it wasn't compatible, and now this// filament is not feeding to the toolhead for some reason. By no means an expert and know this is a learning experience... but is this normal? Anyone else had this happen? I'm into month three or so of having it.

CC2 Troubleshooting/Guidance for newbie??

Hi all~

I got a CC2 and it's my first time printing. First prints were nice looking amd turned our fairly strong. I got a clog that completely ruined a hotend (probably user error). But ever since, prints have been very hit or miss. It either comes out very solid or an absolute mess (stringy/spaghetti, brittle and can easily be crushed, weird lines). Recently found out about the calibration menu but the tower came out as spaghetti...

Any suggestions or resources to share to refer me to? It hasn't been a month. since getting it. despite the headache and wasted filament,. it's been a fun time figuring it out. Also, does it matter on the type of PLA filament? I feel like the rapid PLA+ has been less consistent than the regular PLA I had. it's also been stupid humid recently and not sure how badly it impacts filament.
