I just got a Saturn 4 Ultra 16K and I’m using Elegoo ABS-Like Resin 3.0 Pro at 0.03mm, primarily for tabletop minis.
I’ve been calibrating with Cones V3 and can’t get consistent results. Initially, 1.5–1.6s passed, but a plate of minis had major flaking, compression, and deformation.
I then tested 1.0–2.4s and only 1.7s passed. Tried a print at 1.7s and it failed again.

I re-leveled, cleaned the FEP, and tested 1.8–2.4s. Now the success cones connect, but the failure cones also connect.
Everything else is stock. I can’t seem to find a consistent exposure even between identical tests. Has anyone had this issue or have any suggestions?
