I need help sleeping after quitting za 🍃
To give context I have a really hard time sleeping I don’t think it’s insomnia because some nights I can. Because of this I started to smoke more ( for context It used to be just with friends maybe once a week) because it’s really easy to sleep with it I I decided to do it before bed and it’s been 3-4 months now and within this time it hasn’t always been just 1 somedays multiple and I’ve noticed my tolerance go up considerably to actually fall asleep now so I want to take a break. I have tried multiple times and it is the not being able to sleep at all part of this process which has been really hard for me and because of this I keep going back to what I do and I have TRIED EVERYTHING melatonin, no screen time before bed, use your bed for sleeping only, so many TEAS I’ve done my research as well Ik this shouldn’t be too much of a issue after 2 weeks thug it out but because of my work schedule is sporadic so I can’t set a set schedule also I’ve used sleeping pills which work sometimes but I don’t want be reliant on them so if anyone has any tips or advice at this point I’ll take it.
