Have you ever bought a kayak with missing parts?

I got a Sportsman PDL120 on sale from Dick's, was very excited as I've been planning for awhile. I strap it up, get home, and as I'm going over it realise I cannot find the seat shuttles absolutely anywhere.

There's a chance it could have fallen off during transit but everything else was seemingly tied down properly. It's extremely frustrating, but I'm not sure if it's worth even dealing with the customer support or just buying a new part.

Wondering if this is a common occurence.

Asking $2200, year is 2023.

I recently decided I wanted a pedal kayak for inshore salt fishing and the PDL 120 is the exact one I want -- i was planning on buying new, but saving through used would be ideal.

I'm not familiar with how often the new ones go on sale, though; is this a good deal?

Doesn't seem to be any accessories included.
