Does anyone have a problem with deals not coming up for certain things?

Im not gonna lie for me i just chnage the price everytime and blame the company to the customer bc they are always doinf this. Just checked out a customer for the new kaleidoscope line and it didnt work… i just changed the price honestly to me my numbers of hitting a three are more important than the store losing 12.99 for one item. B2g1f is easy win for me but the company fucks us all over by having it not load in the system or take random products off the deal without telling us and then it makes us look bad as a store so i always blame the company to the customer and always give them the deal bc i really dont care. They alwaya come back and tell me how amazing i am anyways…

This company is so unorganized its insane….

I literally am 5 mins late maybe even 8 minutes every single day no matter the time bc i genuinely dont care anymore to even b here on time bc of how much of a joke this job is sometimes.

They talk on calls once every week abt the same damn thing everytime… oh and on top of that thats the day truck comes too so dont expect any help with any of the boxes that day and they also want the truck done 8hrs exactly from when it got to ur store but then take the one person u have on shift for calls and leave the truck for one person. My manager will complain every time to me that we left all the makeup and jewelry, devolper and mad she has to do it, im sorry but we just man handled all 60-70 boxes in 1-2 days and ur mad three boxes are left with the same devolper and makeup and jewelry pls get out of my face please those are the only boxes you have done.

every store is probably understaffed all the time or has a horrible turnover rate. My store has 2 ba’s now… my manager hasnt hired anyone bc shes waiting to transfer her precious angel from her old store when shes been here for 3 months now and we have been under staffed since i started 10 months ago. So i ended up having to work a shit ton and cover every shift bc she refused to hire even would tell ppl we arent hiring bc shes waiting for someoneto transfer. She finally is getting transferred over but only for 2-3 says a week after needing to hire more than one person for the past 4 months but okay…..

She expects me to do mostly everything while my coworkers dont do shit. I have to give them tasks or they wont do anything but will she task them ??? No… wont teach them shit bc she alr given up on them when they both have potential honestly we were just mangerless when they started and i was the “leader” when we were managerless and i didnt know what to do with them i tried my bedt idec.

So again my manager depends on me for eveyone getting done im the store… i am one person. I have to keep my manager straight too and organized and its draining

I lwk want to complain but i would rather no one know who it was coming from. This company it’s ridiculous with stuff they do. Why are they having calls every week abt the same thing and on the day we get our truck. I understand why they do the call but every single week? Seems actually ridiculous. Idk this company has just gotten worse as ive been here and ive been overworked and worked a week straight now more than once… and told that there is nothing that can be done to fix it.. idk i wanted to keep a stable job for awhile but i literally have so many complaints about this horrible store bro you dont evennn know
