Considering divorce
My husband and I are 18 me and 20 him. He’s in the army and we have a one year old which is his but due to distance isn’t on the birth certificate. The main issue now is the porn. We had one instance of physical violence where he punched me and threw a jar at my head making me bleed. I want to stay because of the stability for my baby. I have no income only a car that I’m scared will get taken from me in the divorce as marital custody. I also don’t want to lose custody of my baby due to having no income. We are in Colorado and I have no family only place to go is back to Alabama with his family. Any advice please
