Good jobs for my mentally ill brother?

My older brother just turned 35.

From a young age he's suffered from a range of mental development issues. He's never been diagnosed with anything because my parents are from a fairly conservative cultural background which doesn't take mental health seriously but I suspect he is very autistic, ADHD and possibly suffers from OCD as well. Generally very weak when it comes to intelligence and academia, very poor grades in school plus a lot of bullying and very bad social skills when communicating with other people.

He still lives with my parents in London and recently I've been thinking about how to get him into a decent place where he can at the bare minimum support himself as our parents are getting older. He's floated in and out of a few retail jobs over the years and worked for a agency as a carer for elderly people though he's been very broke and not working much recently.

He does have a bit of a creative side, always been good at drawing and he's quite passionate about taking photos and building models etc.

He is good with routines and motor skills. He's a good driver and my current thought is to try and get him to apply for a job with TFL. I think he'd perform very well as a bus or train driver and it's a decent career for him to survive off.

Does anyone have any advice for helping him to find a semi-decent job in London to live off? He doesn't have much experience or qualifications to speak of.
