Just got another silent 1-star review right after delivery. No "Help Request," no message, nothing.
I reached out to see what happened and offered to help, but—as usual—total silence. It’s so frustrating that buyers can tank a small business’s rating as a way to vent their own bad mood, and we have zero recourse.
The barrier to tanking a shop’s rating is way too low. Why can't Etsy implement a **"Seller Tribunal"** or a small court system? We should be able to submit evidence—like photos and message logs—to dispute reviews that are clearly just buyers venting their personal frustrations.
The current system is too one-sided. Sellers deserve a fair way to defend their reputation when communication fails.
I’m exhausted.
