Odd Layer shifting issue (Elegoo Centauri Carbon)

Hello,

Slicer: Orcaslicer 2.3.0 Build 70931e5

Printer: Elegoo Centauri Carbon

Material: Elegoo Basic PLA black

.4 nozzle 220 C

Bed 60 C

So i am having an odd issue with my Centauri Carbon Lately. Whenever i print a part that has a flat surface with walls extending off of the flat surface but flush with the face of the side, i get this layer shifting on the outside only. (you can see on the third image that the inside wall is perfectly fine.)

In the second image it also seems like the shift is happening on the top layer even when there is no wall extruding off of the part.

print settings (in pictures 5-8) mostly the same stock settings Orcaslicer puts in for the centauri carbon with a few changes.

Recently ran the self calibration (self leveling, input shaping, etc.) within the last few print hours

still printing (nearly) beautifully after 1300+ print hours

Any suggestions help, thank you.
