Get To Meet Person With My Dream Job Need Advice [NA]
Hello, I’m a Starbucks SM and I had to go to a work event where there was the VP of HR for the state essentially. I was so nervous but I mustered up the courage to talk to him, explained that I’m graduating in a year with my degree in HR with a focus on Human Systems Engineering and Business and Technology. Told him I would love to ask him some questions right there if he had time because I knew he was probably really busy, but if not all good. He was super excited and explained to me what his job does and with my degree I could take a total of three routes because of my specialties. He then had to hop on a call but asked if we could set up a teams meeting so he could answer my questions and help me. It’s this Monday and I’m actually terrified but so excited. Are there any tips or advice anybody has on here or even questions I should ask? I already have some questions picked out but wanna be sure I’m maximizing my time and making a good impression. This is a huge deal to me!!
