A combination of the portable hellbomb and one true flag, with an added deadman switch. Flag draws enemies in, enemies kill diver, hellbomb kills everything else.

I call it the P-31 Stim Dog, wielding a modified Re-Educator and loaded with stim rounds, the Stim Dog would fire at any Helldiver in range whose health drops below 50%, with Experimental Infusion and the Medic armour passive being obvious pairings to get the most from it.
