I’m wondering if a car can still be wrapped if it has sun damage on the paint (areas where the paint has chipped away) or if it’ll look bad or shops will refuse to do it?

From portable air conditioning units to making the coldest temperature in the known universe to cool quantum computers, humans have conquered cooling in so many different ways, which makes me wonder why does Ai have to use fresh drinking water? Surely there must be SOME other way to cool the servers? Especially if the water is such a bottleneck and bad PR move.
