Am i being unreasonable?
Had the “roof” wrapped on my lexus nx. Installer said this part could not be done without removing roof rails. Want to get some of the experts opinions. Its like that on all fourt ends of the rails. Thanks

my wrap was extremely dirty after i came back from out of town for a couple of weeks.
I paid a very highly rated mobile detailer who claimed they worked on wraps.
they left me with weird streaks on the wrap that they say should come out tomorrow but i’m not sure.
Let me know if these normally come out or if there’s something i should do urgently
I am getting a cybertruck and want it to be white. I'm stuck between two vinyl wraps, the Avery Dennison SW900 Satin Pearl White Snow and the 3M white satin. I'm not sure if the satin Pearl will look too shiny on a truck as big as the cyber truck, but the more plain white satin just looks kind of harsh to me for such an angular vehicle if that makes sense.
Pictures of either of these wraps on either a cyber truck tesla or any other type of car would be so helpful or just any advice or experience or inspiration for wrapping a cybertruck
Assuming proper prep of course. Anyone done this out there?
Headlight washer covers, just saying...Delayed a tad as I ran out of knifeless, but looks great! Two PPF jobs and my corners in regular vinyl are so much better. Stretch to learn.
This wrap is from a company called aluko and is called shade green. I've read some poor reviews of the company and their material on this forum. Was wondering if anyone knew of anything similar from a reputable company.
Its bubbling here. Will heating it and getting the air out with a syringe work or is it a lost cause?
Im not expecting it to be great . I just need to wrap my car and pulled the gun on this . Its temu .. and its gonna be my first wrap so i was not spending hundreds on a roll
Is it a problem if the backside of my wrapped piece looks like this
The front looks fine
Had my wife's car wrapped in 3M Gloss Plum Explosion, including the jambs and insides of the doors. The original color was white, so I was afraid I'd see it peeking through here and there, but the owner (Charles) did an amazing job - If I want to show anyone the original color I have to pop the trunk or the hood.
Posting this because I’m not too knowledgeable in car wraps and second-guessing myself, because my original thought was that this is matte black. I’ve looked up satin vs matte wraps and the pictures given make them look the same. Either way, I think I’d want this look. What color and type of wrap is this, and what should I be looking for when getting a wrap?
Is it normal for a new wrap to still be curing/offgassing after two months? We had a full wrap done back in mid-March with one of the 3M 1080 gloss colors, and when we go into the garage there's a sweet, strong plasticky smell. Since the car's garaged, it hasn't had much time in the sun since the wrap was installed. This is in North Texas, so the temperatures have mostly been in the 60s to the 80s, only recently getting into the low 90s for a few days.
It's not a big deal, but I want to know whether the the smell is at least possibly coming from the wrap, or if I need to keep looking for leaking chemical bottles in the garage.
(1st pic matte, 2nd pic factory glossy)
I plan on buying a dodge challenger as my next car, and considering having it wrapped in matte black for an aggressive look. I have came across a few pics and videos of matte black challengers, and they just look so good. Though I’ve came across negative comments about matte black before. So I’m just here to ask, what is your opinion on matte black? Why or why not? Or do you think that a factory black paint is better?
And also, how does upkeep and cleaning maintenance compare with matte vs normal factory glossy paint?
Edit: I was wrong and am told this is actually a satin wrap. So the question is what’s your opinion on satin wraps 😂
This is two weeks post install and shop (Long Beach, CA) keeps telling me this is normal that it will set in. How will it set in when its lifting
Im fairly new so dont burn me if I state something in accurate 😅 but im being explained that color PPF is much better than anything else really. When it comes to application im told its much easier to apply than standard vinyl. I dont know if thats true but what they said made sense. Not sure if I should go with 3M, or a company like Inozetek?
Tell me I’m not crazy on wanting them to remove the wrap, refund me, and fix their damages. When I say the whole car looks like this, it’s everywhere. Every corner, every cut or wrapped edge, every curve. This is within an hour of picking her up. They keep saying and sending emails about “standards” and giving it time. “It can be fixed”. I don’t think you can fix this. They’ve offered to redo the wrap if I pay for the vinyl, again.
The passenger door doesn’t open now, something is rattling inside the door, they damaged the window seal on both door, there’s scratches, there’s areas where they layered 4 rounds of vinyl on top of each other. Every time I look I see something new
I went to a place with good reviews, was mentioned on Reddit by another Supra owner, perfect 5 star rating. 5.2k for metallic pink in vinyl froggy, and this is the job I was left with. Also paid for badges, that they never put on because they broke them.
Wrap Royale in Orlando, FL
I understand that they need to cut the vinyl to make it fit properly, but is it normal to be this scratched up?
I don’t even want to think about when I take this wrap off, because I knooooow there’s more underneath.
This is a brand new car too, which makes me even more sad :(
Edit to add that it’s worst than I thought… I just took a deeper look and every edge is cut through the paint.
I’m so sad, mad, annoyed, and everything you can think of. Even my headlights. It’s just bad.
What the title says, plus is there any other options that would potentially turn out better?
