Was the Driver Monitor System on 2014 Lexus LS460 only available on the AWD 460L or was it available as an addon in base AWD LS460?

I have just been able to get an appointment with AHS for my PCC in Canberra

Before I fly to Canberra, can somebody please guide me.

1. Does it matter where I get my PCC from in VHS? I will be travelling from Sydney to Canberra

2. With my appointment will I be immediately received the police clearance in person?
