Manual LLms prompt tracking and assisted: what works for you?

We are going back and forth on this, and it's driving us nuts. Manual tracking in Google Sheets means sometimes we lose the good prompts when we need them most. For example, last week we had this killer email subject line prompt that boosted opens by 40%, but we have lost it as of now bc someone edited the sheet.

We have also tried a few tracking solutions, but they either cost too much for our budget or they're way too complex for what we need. One of them auto-saved everything, but we couldn't figure out which version worked better for our audience.

I want to have a list of LLM prompts that are surfacing our business in ai answers and somehow influencing the revenue, for better optimization in the future.

What is working for you?

I keep seeing AI inbound marketing hyped, but I'm hesitant. I tried AI for a few blog posts and got more traffic, but zero quality leads. It just felt like empty clicks.

However, another person rewrote their service pages using AI based on customer questions, rather than just keywords, and got 3 leads in 2 weeks. Now, I'm torn because clearly AI does something, but it's not the magic button that gives instant results.

Anyone seeing quality leads from their ai inbound marketing strategy?

I want to be fit; therefore, I try my best to exercise. However, I’ll go hard for a week or two, feel motivated, then fall off and stop completely. A few weeks later, I’m back at it like nothing happened. It’s a frustrating cycle, but I guess the fact that I keep coming back means something. What habit have you failed more than once but you keep coming back?
