Did i break my mobo please help? Thank you

no video signals from gpu or onboard
I can't hear any beeps when i turn it on
TLDR do these scratches look like the problem?
this is a x570 a Pro mobo am4 - I had my main GPU in my first pcie slot, I wanted to test another gpu by being lazy and not taking out the main gpu
i tried shoving the gpu in my second slot without realizing the back rail needed to be slid up to allow the bracket through the housing. I also just left my main GPU plugged in and took out the power pins to put into the gpu i was testing. So after all that turning the PC on i got no visuals from either gpu and i got none from the onboard hdmi. When i turn on the PC all my RGB LEDS are on, the fans are spinning, the LEDS on my CPU fan flickers for 3 seconds then stabilizes like nothing is wrong which never happened before. the red light on the EZ debug section of the mobo is lit up next to cpu. I have tried removing all memory sticks and putting them back in, removing the cmos battery, unplugging and replugging all power cables. Should i just go buy a new motherboard from the looks of these scratches? Thank you.
