It seems to most, myself included, that the German Mediterranean Fleet is doomed after G1. Meaning the loss of Africa follows. Agreed? That being the case, I propose this move: On G1, Germany loads up the tank and infantry in Libya, and retakes Ukraine (with bombardment, air and local infantry from the mainland if needed). It adds 2 German (1 is a tank!) ground units in the Russian theater and puts the Fleet in an annoying place. This makes Russian counterattack(s) require a bit more unit count, possibly rescues a tank, lessens the impact of UK's Affrica offensive, and through Ally oversight or bad Ally dice keep the German Fleet alive a bit longer.

Thoughts?

Caveat: This assumes the loss of Ukraine R1.
