When will be the next enrollment

I want to revise my subjects before joining mtech..so when will be the next enrollment

COAP ROUND 2

I already got IITK mtech chemical engineering in round 1. Now that I have these offers should I continue the wait and move on to round 3. Also I got an offer for bioprocess engineering in IITM...will it be worth it to retain that offer..?
