I cannot send/receive calls or text messages. "Waiting to connect." Looking for help
Good day. I have had this problem for 2 days now. When I try to send an SMS it says "Waiting to connect. Check options." When I try to call someone it tries for a while but then says "Mobile network is not available. Connect to a wireless network to make a call." Connecting to a wireless network does not help. Mobile data is working and my phone says I have full reception. I have tried pretty much all "solutions" I can find on the internet, but I don't see anyone with the exact same problem. I'm thinking it might be forcing RCS, but turning it off changes nothing. Any ideas?
Examples of things I have tried: restarting phone, turning airplane mode on and off, clearing cache for the messages app, uninstalling the messages app, clearing cache for carrier communications. I have no VPN or adblocker and my carrier is Ice (Norwegian company).
