Ele hit slayer vs life stacker nova vs (some universal build)
I'd like to roll a somewhat unversal character that can do all (or almost all) mods and be tanky at the same time (FROSS can do it all but i don't want to do it for the third time in a row). Also I don't want to play BV as I've already did a very stacked cold BV character in 3.27, so this is off the table for me personally (also no luck with svalinn yet despite 20+ craters)
I have crit and charges belts (no acceleration or echo, sadly), anathema, two magebloods, multiple simplexes etc, so i was thinking of either doing ele hit slayer (seems to be able to do most mods if a certain cat is to be believed) or shock nova (dps seems to be more interesting on paper, but can it actually do no regen mods or some other stuff that decreases recovery rate). Or maybe i'm wrong and there is something better (like replica albernon + KF totems for example)
