I have had this patch on my tongue for 2 weeks. It feels sore/raw when I drink coffee/eat something spicy or rub it and create friction, but other than that no pain. I have a few canker sores in my mouth as well. I get b12 shots and my b12 has been in range. I thought it was geographic tongue because I had that as a child, but the spot hasn’t moved. It did improve for a few days a week ago and looked almost gone, but returned. What is it? Going to the dentist Wednesday.
