very specific cut outs of assistance
my C2's motor does not engage for a couple of seconds after I go over a bump in around 12 degrees celsius or lower. It completely stops working when it gets really cold and gives a broken motor cable error. Controller is already replaced (did not fix the error) and I've had a spacer already installed due to the bike losing contact with the battery which is completely fixed now, the lights also stay on during the bumps.
the weird thing is that in summer/spring it works perfect (had the same problem last winter)
now I'm waiting for a new motor (after A LOT of hassle been given under warranty) but my suspicion is that the problem is in the torque sensor due to my bike not registering any pedal power in those seconds after a bump. (I once tried pedaling very hard in the seconds not working and then reviewing the data in the app not seeing any spike in pedal power)
Does anyone have the same experience with the bike struggling in colder conditions or is there someone who knows what my solution could be?
