I picked up a soundbar but the supplied brackets seem terrible and I don't see how they're supposed to keep the small speakers on the wall.

What is considered a good purchase for positioning very small speakers on a wall these days?

I'm trying to fix an older PC, I recently removed the drives that were in there and added a new hard drive to it in the hopes I would be able to now boot the PC up properly.

I'm still being told that there's no bootable device, I assume I need to install a new os via disk or flash drive at this point?
