Confusion on what happened

Confusion on what happened

This is a first for me and I don’t know what happened..

So I stripped the floors in one of our buildings and am now waxing them. Our stripper doesn’t require neutralizing but does require two or three rinses with fresh water. I still used a neutral cleaner as a precaution. Also rinsed the floors three additional times after the neutral cleaner with fresh water. Well, I got this pooling on the second coat of wax. The first coat was applied and allowed to fully dry and there were no issues in the first coat. Just after the second coat was when I had these issues.

These only happened in the entryways to the building if that helps.

I’m so annoyed 😭.

Hey all, so I am needing help to see if I’m understanding these readings correctly. We recently bought a set of three new batteries (Trojan Motive J185H-AC 12 volt 225 AH) for one of our machines, a Karcher Chariot 2 iGloss burnisher, and immediately from the get go, it did not want to work. We determined that one of the batteries was obviously faulty and only held a charge at 8.5 volts. Another battery read 12.9 volts and the last read 12.1 volts, all checked with a multi meter. We sent back the 8.5v and received a new one that holds a charge at 12.7 volts. Machine now moves but doesn’t burnish, battery indicator starts flashing.

So, I check all the cells with a hydrometer after charging and sitting for 24 hours and the results for each cell and each new battery are on the chart on the right. I checked the batteries in another one of our machines with the same batteries that are a little over a year old and those are indicated on the left chart. I know nothing about reading batteries but from what I understood from the manual is that the 3rd battery in the new set is also bad. Our “mechanic” checked the third battery with a tester and told my manager it was “good” but the machine still isn’t working. I’m doubting that is correct but I’m not 100% sure.

The charts show each cell reading (with hydrometer) and the last row shows the volts (with multimeter.)

Any advice is much appreciated!
