Our technical teams are aware of this issue where some (if not all) ATM deposits and withdrawals are not reflecting into our customers accounts, thereby affecting available balance. Our technical teams are diligently working on this issue to restore missing deposits/withdrawals on affected accounts."

There is no estimated completion time yet. I will update this when we get information that this has been resolved.
