Any solution to this? The game has recently started feeling terrible and the only fix is to reinstall vanguard. Before it inevitably crashes again.

Routinely, my game will no longer allow me to change my resolution or aspect ratio in settings. The options will just grey out. When this happens, I also notice a significant increase in latency. The monitor shown in my Val video settings is not the monitor I have along with the resolution being 4k when I game on a 1440p monitor.
