After seeing ZeFangz attempt at the Typhoeus Gundam Chimera, a whole lot of ideas flooded into my head on what I would do with the design, and I had a couple hours to ponder it before returning home and putting it into practice.

It uses a basic concept I once had for a basic Huckbein MkIII Boxer... HG Body and head with MG arms and legs.... And GB4 allows even more enlarging. Wish I could remove the Eclipse Gundam rifles from the hips of the leg parts...

I was helping another user earlier today with someone else's design for the White Gundam head, and eventually made my own slight changes to it, and then inspiration hit and I had to build the MS on its own and made it red and thought I was done... Or so I thought...

I had posted them on Facebook first... And someone quickly else asked about the Guncannon... And after looking at the design, and already knowing what parts to use, I went to work on them... Got the Guncannon Lite types done quite lovely... But had to sacrifice a couple parts to make the normal Guncannon. And then Also did the Gundam 01... Aaaand then I did the Guntank as well... Completing the Gquuuax Feddie MS lineup.

I built the main cast of Xenogears... Gears... using GB4.

Thanks to the admin of the GB4 Facebook group for that inspiration that took over and I could not stop with just Weltall 2... So I made Weltall... And Brigandier... and just didn't stop until I at least got one for every cast member. Didn't go so far as the Omni gears for all of them... yet... maybe...

Wasn't quite thrilled with one or two of them, Renmazuo in particular, but in general the designs flowed pretty easily.

Posted mine in another users post, forgetting to make my own.

Was just going to use the Calibarn backpack, since it has a similar external thruster set up, but decided against it due to the main backpack part not looking anything like the Zero's... And I try to get my designs as close as I can from multiple angles.

This of course used half my builder parts. Ah well. I think I made the thrusters a bit too big as well, and probably could have played with the colors/patterns a bit more.

After studying the design, I came to the conclusion that trying to build a decent Alyzeus in normal building mode would be nearly impossible without just trying to use too many of the Penelope parts... So I got to work on a "Diorama Build".

For those who do not know what these are... In Diorama mode, you can load and layer in multiple kits exactly on right top of each other... And if you make it the same kit, they line up perfectly... but if you add builder parts to different versions of the kit in different locations, you can get the effect of a kit with more builders parts than it normally allows, as well as different limbs if you also want.

I did this previously with my Buddy Complex Coupling Mode builds. Those just used 2 kits each.

This build uses 6 Gunpla kits, with 41 builder parts in total, with 2 different arms being used ( the statue Nu Gundam and Xi Gundam). I wanted to do at least one more kit to get some of the funnel missile pods, but I ran out of Diorama points... I used 98,540 out of the maximum of 100,000 points. In the end I tried fitting the shoulder tip thrusters on, but it just pushed it over the limit, so I had to exclude them.

Ordering from the Japanese sites might be more expensive upfront, but you will always get the figure much quicker, as almost all US sites, including Goodsmile US have to wait a few months for their shipments to arrive. The US site release date is JULY-SEPTEMBER 2027

Like the Guyver 1 Ultimate Edition, Goodsmile IS offering a Pre-Order bonus stand plate that is all black with the Guyver logo on it. It seems to be the same one released with Guyver 1.

Brand new official images of the FIGMA Guyver 3 Ultimate Edition have been released, along with news of the release date of APRIL 2027!

I assume the pre-order will drop very soon, maybe even within hours (the goodsmile site might just be slow), and a separate post with pre-order links will be made at that time. Until then, enjoy the pictures!

Like the Guyver 1, if pre-order from Goodsmile you will get the pre-order bonus standing plate with the logo on it.

Oddly, the figure also has the same seem like down the side of the head... But no alternate faceplate.

The Black Serena from Nadesico: Prince of Darkness.

While I am not a big fan of Prince of Darkness and how the plot after the TV series went, the mecha designs are still excellent. Did both the full armor, and revealed mode from the end of the movie using my Ground Frame design with an updated backpack ( didn't want to build the full Aestivalis at this time)

I always loved the Aestivalis mecha from Martian Successor Nadesico. The modular core with different body loadouts always spoke to me.

I was going to make the Aerial Frame with Gai Daigoji's core, but was getting tired and already had the Akito core, so I just kept it. It's not like he didn't use this frame either, so it still works perfectly... Just less perfect than Gai's would have been. Because Gai is the MAN... And as far as I am concerned, SRW W is canon and he totally survived all the way through Prince of Darkness.

Also, note to self - Make the Black Serena.

There really are not that many legs decent enough for Orbital Frames in Gundam Breaker 4, so I made due with the the closest set, the Mack Knife's legs.

Missing the third Option Bit on the back waist due to running out of builder parts. I liked the Sinanju backpack over the V2 Gundam energy wings, which were not a bad choice either... But I liked the way the colors worked better.

The Woundwort was already using a deep purple almost like the Mobile Doll Sarah's legs, so the concept kind of matched, but since those legs cannot be changed, I did my best to match the purple from them and made a new Titans Test Type TR-6 MS... That is honestly less weird than some of the official designs.
