So I have the sparkle elf card and I was wondering if anyone has this problem. I've been experimenting with controlling the fan and getting the card to act normal during idle. But the fans keep ramping up and down. Then I experimented with controlling the fan manually using fan control (gpu-z+a plugin allows it) and every time I set the fan to lower than 45% it does the spin up and down thing constantly. Above that setting and it runs consistently (but is of course audible at that point).

So anyone having any luck getting this card to run it's fans at a lower rpm without it starting and stopping constantly?
