In this post, I am not asking any question or looking for solution. Even main Realme user bhi nahi hoon. Bas Internet problem se related kuchh share karna tha. (Might help someone)
Context: Mere neighbour ka Realme phone paani mein gir gaya tha and kuchh kharab ho gaya tha (I don't know what). Woh usey repair karwa kar laaye the.
Problem: Net nahi chal raha tha.
This is what I followed to solve the issue:
Firstly I checked ki kahin daily data limit toh khatam nahi hua hai. Data tha usme.
Then WiFi se connect kiya, phir bhi nahi chala.
Phone ko restart kiya (Not worked)
SIM exchange kiya. Apna SIM unke phone mein and Unka SIM apne phone mein. Yeh dekhne ke liye ki kahin SIM se koi problem toh nahi hai. Koi problem nahi tha. Unka SIM mere phone mein acche se chal raha tha, but mere SIM se bhi unke phone mein Net nahi chal raha tha. Toh confirm ho gaya, problem phone mein hai.
Phone ka network settings reset kiya. (Not worked)
APN reset kiya, Manually network select kiya. Network se related sabhi settings check kiya. (Not helpful)
Ek network setting hota hai jis-se aap chaho toh kisi bhi app ko Internet use ke liye restrict kar sakte ho. Waha bhi sab setting theek tha.
Ab main 2 cheez aur kar sakta tha: Reset All Settings, and Factory Data Reset.
But usse pahle maine socha sab setting one by one check karta hoon, kya pata phone mein Internet block wagaira karne ka koi feature ho, and woh galati se ho gaya ho.
Iss bich mera dhyaan phone ke Time par gaya. Dekha toh date and time dono ghalat tha. Usually SIM insert karne par date and time auto set ho jata hai. Maine toh kayi baar SIM insert kiya tha, phone ko restart bhi kiya tha uske baad bhi date & time ghalat tha.
Phir date & time settings mein gaya toh wahaan Automatic Date and Time ka option disable tha. And jaise hi woh enable kiya, Net chalne laga.
