So I just received an order of some pants listed in unworn condition but upon inspection they have clearly been altered at the waistband (like someone folded up part of the fabric at the waist and sewed it to take in bulk). I contacted customer service AI chat and it told me ThRedUp is not offering partial refunds so I’d have to just return it. I don’t think the pants are unwearable, I just feel like I overpaid due to the actual condition. Not sure what I want to do. I might try chatting with a live agent to see if they will do a partial refund anyway. I’m bummed out!
