I've been reading and comparing the achievement descriptions in the Poppy Playtime chapters, specifically the ones unlocked by killing a villain, but there are only four achievements where the description changes. These achievements use "escape" instead of "defeat." The first one is unlocked by "killing" Huggy in the first chapter; we later learn that Huggy survived. The second achievement is unlocked in chapter 3 by escaping DogDay but not killing him. The third achievement is unlocked in chapter 5 by simply escaping Huggy at the beginning but not killing him. Now guess which villain unlocks the fourth one?
