Accidental pro of CICO - less foodwaste!

Has anyone noticed they waste less food now? One of my new habits has been checking my fridge and freezer and adding foods that I need to use to MyFitnessPal at the beginning of the day and then planning my meals around that!

My grocery runs have also become so much lighter. I'm eating less, so buying less, and not adding a bunch of random junk foods to my cart anymore 😄

Where can I find short, poofy dresses with a defined waist like this... for cheaper?

Hi people! I'm looking at wonderful dresses like these and they're quite expensive to buy from most brands, obviously a bit higher quality to get the defined waist and poofy skirt.

But surely there are some knock-off brands that run a bit cheaper, like often if you buy them directly off of chinese brands and such? I think I've seen Mia Maples review some of them on her YouTube channel 😄

My first real pair of running shoes

Been running for a couple of months now and loving it, but my shoes were super cheap and have started feeling harsh on my feet. Got these Asics Noosa Tri 16 and I love them so much!!

Today I weighed the lowest I've ever weighed, but tomorrow I'm going on a work conference on a cruise.

All meals included.

Pray for me lol

The days I think today is the day I'm gonna "blow it"

Anyone else spend their workday hungry and thinking "today is the day I'll blow it and eat everything I want" only to get to the point of the end of the day when I've had all of my planned meals, the hunger gremlin relaxes and I realize I was just hungry haha. But no I'm not actually gonna eat 3 pizzas today 😅

CICO made me stop being a picky eater

Before I started CICO, I’d eat a lot of stuff like pizza, snacks, fast food etc. and then I’d wonder why whole grain bread or fruit didn’t seem that appealing. I always thought I was a picky eater.

Now that I’ve been doing CICO, I’m actually hungry in a different way and it’s kinda crazy how much I love healthy foods. I’ll happily eat whole grain tortillas now and actually enjoy them! Same with fruit, I’m kind of obsessed with it lately and none of it ever goes bad anymore because I just eat it so fast.

It’s like I wasn’t picky at all, I was just constantly satisfied on more calorie-dense food so the healthier stuff never really stood a chance.

Has anyone else had that happen?
