Looking for a reliable business lawyer/consultant in Da Nang – The ghosting is real.

I’m an expat entrepreneur looking to open a premium wellness center here in Da Nang (100% foreign-owned LLC, no local nominee structure).
I've been at this for a month now, and dealing with local legal firms has been an absolute nightmare. I’m either getting completely ghosted, or sitting in meetings with lawyers who barely speak English, text on Zalo the entire time, and suggest I "just open a coffee shop instead" after I just explained a detailed wellness concept.
To top it off, some of them just push me to find a Vietnamese nominee partner or start giving me shady advice on how to "wash" money.
I have a clear project brief ready to go. I just need a highly professional, responsive legal partner or business consultant who actually understands foreign investment, licensing with the Department of Culture and Sports, and knows how to communicate.
