Hi! Curious lang ako about the current market sa research industry here in PH. I’m currently working in a market research company din and medyo napapaisip lang ako if aligned ba yung annual merit increase namin compared sa ibang companies like NielsenIQ, Ipsos, Kantar, etc. Hindi naman need exact salary if uncomfortable, kahit general idea lang sana like:
- usual % ng annual merit increase
- promotion opportunities and workload
- goods ba ang culture pagdating sa recognition ng performance

Parang ang hirap kasi minsan malaman if “normal” ba yung increase or sobrang baba na pala compared sa ibang companies in the same industry 😅
Would appreciate any insights from current or former employees. Thank you!
