I’m wondering what these bumps are on my inner thighs/butt. I shaved last week before I got my period, and then wore pads all week, which chafed like crazy and gave me these. They’re not itchy, but they’re pretty painful and some get whiteheads that are pop-able and ooze (I know I probably shouldn’t squeeze them but I couldn’t help it). I’ve had them before, especially when I wear pads, but not always & not always after I had recently shaved, so I don’t know if that’s related or not.

From what I’ve looked up, I’ve seen it could maybe be folliculitis, contact dermatitis, or acne mechanica. I really just want solutions to make them go away (cause they often stick around a while!) and prevent it (though I’m not a fan of tampons). Thanks!
