Sunni Criticism

This document is a brief overview of some criticisms of Sunni Islam and why it is a path of

misguidance. Usually, it is the Shias — the minority among the two major sects of Islam —

who are constantly placed in the spotlight of criticism, being accused of believing in an

incomplete Qur’an, declaring all the Sahaba to be kuffar, having no basis for Imamah etc.

While all of these claims can be refuted, this document serves as a reflection in the other

direction. Sunnis should first examine the beliefs, narrations, and system within their own

sect before attacking and misrepresenting others.

Who after Sayyid Sistani?

A question to the followers of Sayyid Sistani. Who do you refer to after him?

We have Sahaba calling each other liars, insulting each other, cursing, threatening and even killing each other. And somehow we are to believe that they all loved and respected each other and recognized each other as righteous and just people

guaranteed paradise?
