This is ridiculous. I’ve called multiple times in past 3 weeks, been on hold for over an hour at times then turned away due to “high demand”. Not once has the phone been answered. I’ve missed out of the most accessible tickets for my disability and waiting for them to be sold out completely at this point. There’s no straight way to get hold of someone or send a proper complaint in. What the hell can I even do
