Cat Keeps Vomiting

Hello! Recently my brother's cat has been going through some issues so I thought I'd ask for some help.

My brother has a Tuxedo cat named Bonnie, she is very sweet and was rescued from an abusive home. She however has always had a problem with eating her wet food too fast which caused her to vomit it back up.

We recently got her those lick mats that are designed to make cats eat slower and it was working for a while, but today she vomited again.

We just went to the vet (yesterday) and she has a clean bill of health.

Is there anything we can do to help her?

Important Info: She is neutered She is about 2-3 years old (However this could be off cause she's a rescue) She's a girl She's a Tuxedo cat, we dont know much more than that with her breed She eats half a can of wet food, 1 scoop of dental food, and half a scoop of regular dry food every morning

Thanks in advance for all the help! And tell me if you need more information.
