Am I being conned or did I do something wrong?
Is this person trying to con me or have I done something wrong?
So for some context…((i’m going to try to explain this as best as I can so please bear with me))
I sent two parcels at the same time. One was my sisters who has a a completely separate Vinted account, her packaging was a darker pink and had a beige dress in (I usually scan a QR code to get into my impost locker, her QR code for her item was sent to me via WhatsApp))
My parcel was sent in a parcel Ziploc bag with bright pink packaging tape.
My item was a 2DS in a case alongside a Pokémon game I added in the 2DS for free as I didn’t have a charger for it and wasn’t sure if it would sell on its own(I had to receive my QR code through opening Vinted.)
\[I would like to add. I originally thought the dress I was sending was red it turns out it was like a beige colour\]
While sending the two packages I made sure to keep them separate and I knew who was who’s as we had very different packaging ((my sister’s package being floppy as It was clothing and mine being hard so getting them mixed up with literally impossible))
I remember sending my sister’s parcel first opening up WhatsApp scanning the QR code and putting her pink parcel and I then did the same process with my item. 1000000% sent them to the correct people.
I then get a message from my buyer today saying they’ve received the incorrect items however the items they’ve received are not any of the two items I sent and the packaging is incorrect.
They proceeded to send me the package they received and it is not in any of the packaging I have sent.
I am very new to Vinted selling so I’m not sure if it’s something I’ve done wrong however the buyer is being very short and not really giving me much insight.
But I can 100% say the package they sent to me is not something I or my sister have sent or have ever listed
The buyer in question is also being quite blunt with me and has stopped replying
(the parcel delivery info was sent to me by the buyer)
Is there something I’ve done wrong or am I being fooled
