ICS role at a Rack
Hello,
My manager told us about a few new Racks opening in the area and soon their will be a lot of shifting which means new open roles. They are encouraging me to apply for the ICS role at the Rack as the next step to grow with the company.
If anyone works at a Rack as an ICS, can you give me a rundown of what your day to day looks like? What’s the job expectations overall.
I work in a full line and the ICS we have takes a week off every month and hides behind their computer. Aside from handing out RFID sheets, I don’t really know what exactly they do. I have asked and they blow me off with “inventory accuracy” speech. I don’t want to take on a role that I could possibly fail but my manager insists that I’ll be perfect.
