Tu-tu-do-do Race Weekend Meals : Austria
I try to do this every race weekend. Austria, Belgium, and Hungary are my favorites. This weekend's menu was quali day schnitzel with bacon pan fried potatoes and mustardy salad. Race day meal was Austrian goulash with beef, farmers market kielbasa -they were out of brats :( - tons of onions, butter spaetzel and roasted cauliflower.
