Requesting for a job for my brother who's going to be 31 next month

Hey everyone, I am on the behalf of my elder brother (soon to be 31) is here to ask for a job. He has been currently struggling in this job market , endless cold mails, applying on different websites, even applying via consultancy is not giving any fruitful results. He has 3.5yoe as an account executive with patanjali and now for a decent salary he switched to an AMC marketing job. If you guys can help in any way please do it. It'd be highly appreciated. He is really struggling with his mental state which is making us tense.
He is looking for a job in accounting and finance, if you have any leads or role i can share his contact or resume.
