Yesterday I ordered a $50~ order from Wingstop and had a delivery order. After waiting 45 ish minutes on the app it finally said delivered but when I went outside to get it, there was no food at all. I then proceeded to check all around my house and even my neighbors and there was no food ever delivered. I tried contacting support via the app right after and they said I was ineligible for a refund. I kept messaging them asking why etc and they keep saying the same message that I’m ineligible for a refund. Is there anyway yall know how I can get this resolved. I legit paid $50 dollars just for my driver to steal and eat my food for free 😭
