Hi Everyone, I think I need advice on what to do.
For info, I am an 18y/o female, and i have been in a relationship for the past 5 years & we are committed. I have extreme OCD, not just with pregnancy but I am on several medications to deal with it & psychotherapy.

Over the weekend, me and my partner did have PIV sex, used a condom and when he took it off a small amount of semen got on my inner thigh. He wiped it off immediately and told me because he knows I have extreme fears about it. I initially freaked out but calmed down after 20 google searches like “Can i get pregnant from semen landing on my thigh”.
I took a Plan B anyway, and I finally started taking birth control (Opill). However I am still inexplicably terrified that I am pregnant.
If I ever became pregnant and had no access to abortion care, I would go to extreme measures even to take my own life. I cannot express this enough- I am TERRIFIED of pregnancy. I even think I’m pregnant even when i’m on my period, or even when I haven’t had sex for over a year.
I want to be able to enjoy sex without having these thoughts.

My question is- Am I pregnant? And, Would I be able to qualify for permanent sterilization? I would like to donate & freeze my eggs beforehand (maybe get a surrogate to carry my baby). I would do everything and anything to be able to qualify for a bilateral salpingectomy (permanently remove fallopian tubes).
If anyone has any resources- or a different subreddit I should go to- please let me know. I need help.
