It's been a while since I used sharp cheddar and It's just so good.

I used some thick cheddar slices Should have waited a bit longer before cutting it, was still delicious.

I like using "proper" cheese in between 2 slices of the processed stuff and this one is so good(they don't always have it in store so it's a treat when they do)It has that intense taste of sharp cheddar I love but it's not crumbly so I can slice it easily, perfect for making grilled cheese. Including a photo of the cheese itself.

So I was making grilled cheese and wondered if there's a subreddit for it and of course there is. I only started making it kinda recently and this is the first time I tried cutting it in half, and yeah it's very good this way. It's 2 slices of different brand American cheese with regular hard cheese in the middle, all cheddar.
