So about 3-4 days ago my phone was working perfectly fine and it decided to force me to do a update- and then another 2 updates and all of a sudden screen started acting up not turning on right away when i press the unlock button... I was trying to find solutions and one said to check for updates and so I did about 2 more.. not sure why it had so many since you litterly cant disable them and are forced to update but it kept saying I had them so I continued to update... then it the screen would just randomly go black and I would have to wake it back up.... I tired looking up more solutions and a soft rest had helped some other people with similar issues so I decided to give it a shot... Now the screen wont turn on at all??? the mini display screen is fine (Its no longer showing my picture though and the font was changed) is only showing the time/charging and a notification saying system UI) please help me with anything at this point I really dont know what to do.. pretty upset considering my phone was fine like 3 days ago!! and there is no damage to the phone either

Help I've never had my own health insurance and I don't really know how it works.. I currently don't have a job due to transportation issues and I need to get my birthcontrol implant replaced.. I filled out my info for Obama-care and talked to an agent and he said I would have to file for it in November to basically get free Healthcare but I need my implant replaced in the next few months... he said private Healthcare don't even cover implants and it would cost me 300 a month which I cannot do.. do I really have no other options? Will the doctors force me to pay for a birth control implant upfront or can I do plans?? The last time I had it done it was free through PPH but I moved and there are none near me.
