You want your employees to sale more and be happier? stop with the 8:30PM closing. When employees are getting home after 10pm it's ridiculous. you want burnout and unhappiness this is how you do it.

Operate like a bank we should have bank hours or close 5pm everyday. the customers will adjust.

holidays different, but every other day of the year should not be 8:30, seriously change it. employees are quiting because of it. 9-6 8-5 why not??
