31 Days to Halloween (4/31) Frogs
What do you think of this movie?

What do you think of this movie?
Me and my sister picked these out together.
Feel free to ask any questions if you have any
( Note Some Movies might end up getting their dates swapped)
I just got back from seeing Casper Kelly's Buddy (I really liked it), and I was wondering when the film gets covered on the kill count. Will James count the >!puppet characters?!< I assume it will go of DHMIS's rules of no rules.
Also, what would you give the Golden Chainsaw and Dull Machete to?
For me, Golden Chainsaw - >!Betty Bunny, I enjoy a nice Decapitation!<
And my Dull Machete - >!The random kid that got "hugged" to death by Buddy, I'm not sure how he died!<
And if you're wondering I counted >!18 Kills!<
I was showing Midsommar to my mom, and I had mentioned that this movie looks a lot like a Wes Anderson movie. And I then thought if he did do a horror movie, what kind of horror film could it be?
BTW, I'm pretty excited about some of the directors here.
You got Ernest Dickerson, who made Bones with Snoop Dogg, and Tales from the Crypt Demon Knight.
Flying Lotus, who did Ozzy's Dungeon for V/H/S/99, and Ash from last year.
And Tobias Forge, the front man for my personal favorite band Ghost.
Don't know who the other two are, but I'm sure their segments will be cool.
In case you don't know what this series is, it is an analog horror series that's free to watch on youtube that is loosely inspired by Five nights at Freddy's about how a tragedy can spiral into a life ruining nightmare for the owners of a burger joint and their families sbd employees.
I personally love the series and think it's one of the best in the analog horror genre.
If you want to watch it, here's a link to the series

I, like many of the other people here, have horror as their favorite genre, but after Horror, my second favorite genre is the Dark Comedy (Ex- Fargo 1996, or Death to Smoochy 2002) and I was wondering what are some of the best Dark Horror Comedies that would be worth giving a watch.
I want to preface that while I had seen this movie before, but much like seemingly everyone, I had completely forgotten everything after the first 5 minutes. And I wish I could say this is a hidden gem, but it's not it's really not.
It's bad, but not awful. Of course, the opening is great, but I think the premise of people sailing to a haunted ship that slowly turns into a psychological horror nightmare is also great (If you want a really good movie with this kinda premise check out Triangle from 2009), and the production design is decent. However, where it falters is in its execution I found none of the characters to be interesting from a writing standpoint or an acting standpoint. While the premise is good, the way the plot ultimately unfolds is both boring and extremely convoluted, and the way the ghosts act to the characters is confusing and inconsistent.
The movie is ultimately a 3/10 for me, but if you've seen it, what did you think?
The ones that I think would be the worst are Matt Cordell from Maniac Cop, Leland Coyle from The Outlast Trials, Sheriff Hoyt/Hewitt from TCM 2003, and Sheriff John Quincy Wydell from The Devil's Rejects. With a huge emphasis on Coyle and Hoyt, those guys are pretty awful.
I don't want to be a jerk here, but of these posts related to Scream from you are nonstop, and it's getting really annoying, and it's flooding the Sub. If you're reading this, please stop.
For me, it's either Alex Myers's take on Obsession or Logan Paul's take on Nope
I just got back from seeing The Odyssey (I thought it was an 8/10), and while not a horror movie, I thought it did have a few good horror sequences. Such as the Cyclops scene and the body horror sequence with Circie. And it got me thinking what kind of horror movie could Nolan make?
I have no idea why they would decide to do any of this, especially after their biggest hit they will probably ever have
BTW, in relation to the second image, Kane Parsons is just as upset and confused about this copyright situation as everyone else.
Personally, I'd class it as a Sci-fi Horror Comedy.
To give a bit more context, I wanted to catch up on the 2026 horror movies that I missed in theaters, and this was one of them.
Note- This is a hypothetical question, I know none of these will happen
This question came to me while I was watching The Hateful Eight for the first time, and I said to myself after the film wrapped up, "That would've made for a fun kill count." So I'd say The Hateful Eight, but I also think that Kevin Smith's Dogma would also be great.
Are you hyped for these?
I'm pretty excited about 3 of these
