As the Gemini CS is quite abysmal, some users might get pushed here to get in touch with Gemini in hope of resolution.
However, I would like to raise attention, that a number of people try to impersonate Gemini CS accounts with their fake accounts and try to get in touch with you.

Exercise caution as these people might not only waste your time, but can abuse your personal details shared with them.
Recently after a huge gap in communication, the Gemini CS got back to me in emails, with confirming the official contacts here on Reddit.
Just so you know, anyone else contacting you is not a genuine Gemini contact.
