I'm new to Drukhari(and kind of new to the hobby overall, only have Blood Angels) and I'm building a list based on purely reading posts and articles because I don't have a codex yet. What's good and what should I change? I'm not overly concerned about competitive play yet and believe in the power of rule of cool but I want to have a reasonably viable army.
